Oh my system info... though I doubt it matters on this particular occasion.

Dell Dimension 8850
Pentium 4 2.5 GHZ
256 MB RAM
60 GB hard drive

The league file was originally started under OOTP 5.01 on a different computer; I copied the league over to my new computer on a game date of 05/30/1989. I'm currently at a game date of 08/11/1990 running OOTP 5.11.
