Hi - spent the offseason trading up a lot of my team (pretty much replaced the entire starting line-up). Most of the Current Ratings and Potential Ratings where in the 50's to 70's range in preseason.

Now, with the Spring Training about to start, suddenly they're in the low 30's, with my scout going from jumping through hoops at the players HE scouted to suddenly telling me they're a waste of skin.

So, what's going on?
