106 rounds? your talking close to 3000 players.
For modern MLB I tend to do 25 - 28 rounds enough players for 26 - 30 rounds. Depends on how many players are in your minor leagues.
If you don't have full minors I would suggest 10-12 rounds. if your minor leagues are lacking players then using 30 is good to fill them.
