I left the game (since it didn't start) and went to 7 day lineups and my lineup in there is set the way I wanted it. So for some reason it is not carrying over when I enter a game.
*EDIT* Didn't see that I had to turn 7 day lineups on as an option.

Yup, once you turn that on, it should work.
