I bought the game a few days ago (OOTP11—the most recent version my system supports) hoping the following would be possible:

A league where the PCL exists alongside the Majors but declares itself a major and integrates 20 years before the "eastern" majors do.

I've downloaded Cooleyvol and ctorg's PCL database and Spritze's "no asians" database. Are these all I need? Do they work together?

I am a complete novice, I've never even played OOTP—but from what I've been reading it seems like what I'm trying to do is possible. The directions that come with the PCL database seem clear enough, so I don't think I'll have a problem getting that part of it to work, it's the addition of the Negro Leaguers that I'm unclear on. Since Spritze's db contains PCL players, is the PCL database even necessary? Or does it contain something that the Spritze db does not?
