I'd have to do a little footwork on official rules (LGO?), but my recollection, as goes the game, is that if a player is healed, the trade precludes any DL status as it becomes a team-specific status and roster related. So, it does not become the responsibility of the team inheriting the player to maintain a roster-status established by the original team.
