I noticed that when I started up a 2012 game it seemed that some teams (only checked a couple) did not have enough players to field some of their minor teams. If you play with ghost players off, will this mean that those teams will start hiring free agents to fill up the teams on day 1? If yes, do i need to do anything, or will it just work itself out?
