EDIT: Hmmm. Correction: I put back the ORIGINAL OOTP13 font, as I merely patched this time, not fully reinstall. Probably the same thing, but I don't know.

The font does not get overwritten when applying just the patch.
Mine is still the v12 font and never has a patch changed it.
