OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Adding Coaching/Scouting in the middle of a game?

Quick question that should be pretty simple to answer. Actually, I could probably figure it out myself.

Anyway, if I leave the "Use Complete Scouting System" and "Use Complete Coaching System" boxes unchecked in the league setup, could I add these features a few years into my league, and how would that work if it's possible?

EDIT: Separate question, is it possible to not have awards, and how would I do that if possible?
