I would be cool with real team names and conferences (of course no real logos) and fake players. Just placeholder type teams for junior players.

Ok there IS a problem with using NCAA they are VERY VERY picky and demand extortion tribute for allowing this. This is true for ANY game and yes while popular and is essential Canada Juniors are way better in development IMO. But yes I see it as a possibility if not first run release then down the road. But license fees are a bitch with them. If they go fictional route that's fine.
