The File has been updated with some of the following changes.
Here are a few of the Changes that I made to update the file.
The one thing that you may want to do when using this file is possibly create X number of Pitchers to help balance out the league or wait until the player draft for the additional pitchers.
-Draft: Increased the # of players generated per round from 10 to 15
-Checked off the 2012 Collective Bargaining Agreement
Team Revenue Setting
-Increase the Avg National Media Contract from $10 Million to $20 Million
- Same contract for every team
- Increased local media contract from $12.5 to $15 million
- Increased Merchandising Revenue from $5 to $10 Million
- Made entire revenue Available
- Cash maximum from $30 to $100 Million
Playoff Option
- Made the Championships best of 7
Average Ticket Price from $22.00 to $25.00
Generate International Free Agents from 3 to 6
Unchecked Expansion box so that GM can expand at their own pace

-Set Pitcher stamina to High (should be lowered when more players enter the league, only set this high because of the lack of pitchers to start up the league)
