Bah, I know, but there is a physical problem with my laptop, it was screwing with the hard drive before, I backed everything up and got a new one, and I can hear the damn thing buzzing and ticking when it tries to start up.
So it looks like the whole laptop will need to be replaced, I just hope I can get it to start up fully once (it has gotten close) and try to backup both my OOTP save, and my chrome user profile (passwords and history for college related stuff).
