ODaniel is still closing. King is performing well in the setup role but I dont think he likes it.
Silas Campbell is still available. He has reduced his demand to a minor-league contract.
This week: 3 at St. Louis, 4 vs. Seattle
Simon (.181) and Brown (.200) are not hitting yet, and our offense is inconsistent. John was moved to the leadoff spot temporarily and Simon was dropped to eighth. I dont think lineup juggling is a long-term solution, but we have to shake up the offense.
Davidson had a good start on Sunday, so maybe that problem is behind us. Now we await the diagnosis on Luna. Castro has not pitched well so far in 3 AAA starts, and I hope I dont have to call him up.
