We're not negative about the game. We're negative about the lack of support, especially compared to last year.
When Sebastian comes on here and says "I'm on vacation till Tuesday, then I'm totally on something else for two weeks", and says that while we're waiting for an update, it's the equivalent of saying "hope they approve this one first time out, or you're screwed till the middle of July." Maybe in your ass-kissing world, you call that customer service. I don't. If you don't like the complaints, don't read the threads. If you don't like that, tough s***.
