Another ninth inning bug (from the same game, oddly enough):
Bottom of the ninth, tied 3-3. One out, runners at first and third. Runner at first breaks for second, catcher tries to throw runner out at second.
In reality, this would be a defensive indifference play, because the first baseman would be playing in and not holding the runner on. (Similarly, the middle infielders would be in.) The game gives the trailing runner a stolen base. Also, the catcher should never throw down to second on this play - it didn't make a difference to the outcome of my game, but I'd be very frustrated if the game ended on an error by the catcher here. (I'd be equally irritated if they threw the runner out, since the trailing runner doesn't matter and will only go to second because he isn't being held on.)

Not sure about this, since a ground ball double play end the inning here. I'd agree that if there were two outs and probably no outs then you would let the runner go to second, but it makes sense for the team to try and hold the guy on at first to get a possible double play with there being one out.
Also, if the catcher throws the guy out at second, then the infield can play back in normal depth and be able to make the third out at first. I think the incorrect AI here is actually having the runner go in this situation, unless he was a really good base stealer.
