I usually only bring up at most 5 guys. They need to be a prospect and almost Major League ready. Chances are you don't have more than that in your minors and if you do you have one great team. If you bring up too many players you are dilluting your ML team of talent and by using the less talented players you are hurting your chances of winning games (unless you're already out of the playoff race and then I'll stretch my criteria just to see if anyone develops).

Positions don't matter to me either. Just if they can possibly contribute to the team; in the callup year or the near future.
