Having a bizarre bug in OOTP13 in an MLB league where my draft order isn't based on the previous year records, but the record of the teams on the DAY of the draft. I've seen this once before when playing OOTP12.
I just started the league and finished up the first season and now the second season draft order is changing every day, depending on how the teams are doing.
Now, I just got done playing an MLB league for 20 seasons and never had this problem and am using the exact same settings and setup.
*edit - Decided to start a new MLB game to see if the problem happened in the new game and it happens in the new game too.
