Lennox Lewis 14-0-0 (10) TKO4 Hasim Rahman 14-4-0 (11)
Second defense for the undefeated top Super heavyweight Champion this time against hard hitter Hasim Rahman.
Lewis easily controlled the first round outboxing and outlanded Rahman, the second round was more even but with Lewis still in command.
The third round was one-sided for Lewis , he rocked Rahman a pair of times and he also cut Rahman above his left eye with a straight right.
On the fourth round Rahman was finding his pace for the first time on the fight and there was back and forth action until Lewis connected a big left-right combination and reopened Rahman cut and the referee decided to stop (too early) the fight.
At the time of the stoppage the scorecrds were 30-27 (x2) and 29-28 for the champion Lewis.
