St. Paul

Des Moines
Cedar Rapids
Madison
Milwaukee
Chicago
Wichita
Topeka
St. Louis
Kansas City
I would obviously narrow it down to 16 teams, so take away two teams as I don't want to do interleague play. Of those 18 cities, who are the 2 teams that don't make the list?
