Scoring bug that goes to the unearned run issue I've mentioned several times:
Two out, runners on first and second. (To be more precise, the sequence for the first four hitters of the inning was: fly out, single, single, fly out.) There is a passed ball, sending the runners to second and third. Then the batter hits a home run.
Correct scoring: three earned runs, since it makes no difference whether the runs scored from first and second or from second and third.
OOTP scoring: one earned run.
Notice too that this is not one of those unearned run problems that requires waiting until the end of the inning to determine. (I've been told not to bother with those, since the powers that be won't be fixing them for OOTP13.) You can tell all three of these runs are earned the moment they cross the plate.
