The bullpen was very sharp in the Chicago series. It should be a more consistent group with Sanders, De La Hoya, Garza and ODaniel getting the late inning work.
Manuel Jaramillo (.351/.415/.561) will be moved up to second in the lineup for the next series to take advantage of his hot bat.
Lexington (AAA) CF Pedro Dominguez was 5-5 including a 2-run HR in a game this week. He is batting .319 with 3 HR in his first 11 games.
Evansville (A) catcher Edward Henderson has a torn posterior cruciate ligament and will miss the rest of the season. He was our #1 draft pick in 2002.
Its a battle between the top two teams in the power rankings, each with seven game winning streaks, as we travel to Houston to play the red-hot Stars next.
This week: 3 at Houston, 4 vs. Seattle
