Game Summary- Josh Beckett showed his post-season greatness by dominating this game from start to finish. Beckett had a no hitter through six innings until Albert Pujols broke it up with a solo home run in the 7^th. Becket finished the game with a two hit shutout. Mike Lowell supplied all the support Becket needed and more with a Grand Slam in the third inning. Home Runs by Varitek and Manny Ramirez rounded out the scoring.

Game Summary- This was a close game until the late innings. Colorado toke the early lead scoring a single run in both the first and second innings. St Louis came back to tie in the 5^th, scoring two runs on hits by Khalil Greene and Julio Lugo. Julio Lugo’s double in the top of the seventh led to him scoring and a 1 run lead. This lead was short lived as Brad Hawpe homered in the bottom of the frame to tie it again. The Cardinal then blew the game open in the 8^th inning with 4 runs, including a triple by Lugo and a 2 run homer by Colby Rasmus. Hawpe his second solo shot in the 9^th but it was not nearly enough as the cardinals went on to win 8-4
