Game Summary- Josh Beckett showed his post-season greatness by dominating this game from start to finish. Beckett had a no hitter through six innings until Albert Pujols broke it up with a solo home run in the 7th. Becket finished the game with a two hit shutout. Mike Lowell supplied all the support Becket needed and more with a Grand Slam in the third inning. Home Runs by Varitek and Manny Ramirez rounded out the scoring.

Game Summary- This was a close game until the late innings. Colorado toke the early lead scoring a single run in both the first and second innings. St Louis came back to tie in the 5th, scoring two runs on hits by Khalil Greene and Julio Lugo. Julio Lugo’s double in the top of the seventh led to him scoring and a 1 run lead. This lead was short lived as Brad Hawpe homered in the bottom of the frame to tie it again. The Cardinal then blew the game open in the 8th inning with 4 runs, including a triple by Lugo and a 2 run homer by Colby Rasmus. Hawpe his second solo shot in the 9th but it was not nearly enough as the cardinals went on to win 8-4

Game Summary- Pitching and defense dominated a game with only 9 total hits. Colorado got on board first in the third with two run scoring doubles by Kazuo Matsui and Matt Holiday. Colorado added a third insurance run in the 7th and though Xavier Nady got 1 back on a solo homerun, San Diego never seriously threatened and dropped the game 1-3

Game Summary- Oakland started the scoring with 2 runs in the bottom of the first. Houston came back to tie it 2 runs in the top of the 5th. Oakland regained the lead in the bottom of the 5th with a Mark Kotsay single then added an insurance run in the 7th on a Frank Thomas HR.
