I too have just experienced this. 1994 historical league, simming all games, full minors, no ghosts, not blocking fictional from reaching majors, with hidden players, draft pick and 1st year player trading allowed. End of season expanded roster lost all but 6 people on my rookie team. Only way I came up with to fix it without doing a bunch of transactions was to fill the minors with fictional players. The originals are still there, just added fictional players to fill the roster. Didn't think about computer manager, that was probably a better way. I also had the screen that said another team did not have enough players and couldn't move on without filling all the teams back to league minimums.
