I tried to download your league file but the link didn't seem to work for me... I was hoping to check how things are setup in the league file to make sure everything would work for me (excepting of course the FTPing of the lineup).
From the commissioner's own site though it says you can send a written list of changes to his email address for your lineups.. you may want to do this as a backup, while you guys try to sort this out.
