I stated to the commish that I was using OOTP4 ver C and that didn't raise any flags w/ him.

To get the updated file, I just initiate the download from his website. I use standard Windows Save File as. I have a cable modem - Roadrunner. But since emailing fails as well as FTPing I doubt it's a transmission problem.

What is the proper procedure to add the updated league file to your existing .lg league file? I can't imagine I'm doing this wrong b/c I see all the updated transactions, standings, etc.

Thanks for the ideas and keep the coming! Hopefully the commish will check this b/c as I've told him, I see no problems on my end at all.
