Announcing the foundation of the
Confederated Baseball Leagues of Umnyuupia.
The well-established
Coastal League joins some of the larger baseball clubs of the interior for a two-league, 12 team confederation.
Competing in the
Coastal League are the
Brekkar Orioles,
Hetre Rams,
Gidrm Pilots,
Urdhi Lions,
Dasht Padres and
Ghosanje Purple Sox. Ghosanje is a new entry in the Coastal League, having found their historical competition against peninsula clubs. They take over the franchise formerly known as the
Putjep Yellow Sox.
Joining together to form the new "
National League" are the
Kishperkujt Cubs,
Istamo Turtles,
Koder Kesh Lynx,
Elby Pelicans,
Nur Otters and
Malko Blue Wings. Each played in various local leagues before and represent not necessarily the best or largest supported clubs. (Some clubs stayed behind in what is now known as the
Valley League, but more on that later.)
