I upgraded my online league (The Baseball Chronicle) from 12 to 13. It's an OOOL league (and was in 12 as well). Upgrade went fine, no issues there.

I can not now import the exported files from the GMs. There is no error message; it simply doesn't do anything (stuck on 'Loading team_91.ootp...' message and the game is non-responsive. I've tried several times but it's the same every time and I have to actually close the game outside of OOTP to get out.

One thing that may have been a contributing factor to the problem is that I clicked on the 'Clear league file version' button on the Online League Functions screen thinking that since it's a new version of the game I'd like to start with a clean slate. That's the only thing I did that I can conceive of having caused the problem.

I am logged into OOOL before doing this and I can upload a league file (which the GMs can d/l), update the league data on the server and both turn on and off the open for GM requests. I just can't import for some reason. I've also confirmed that several GMs (but not all) have upgraded to 13, installed the league file and submitted an export (without any error messages).
