It might help to have some tact in asking for help. From you other posts and topics you seem to not return to offer any specifics or feedback to assist those willing to help. We all know how frustrating it is to be unable to play or access something . To attack the makers and the game without taking the time to give your system specs and details about the type of league its hard to offer much help. And feedback on previous suggestions might help any still willing to help to better assist you.
