you can easily delete all players and fill it with ficionals.
Logos,jerseys,ballscaps all will work with every new MLB league you decide to make, it's just the first time setting it up that takes some work otherwise after that you shouldn't have to every again.
Could just randomly rename everyone to that way you won't really know who is who, run am inaugural draft, now you have no idea who is who
