The invalid page fault message usually appears when key program file(s) or folder(s) have been deleted, or if some of the programs files are set as 'read-only' files.
If there are key missing files in your league then I am not sure it is save-able. Be careful what you delete in the future and try to create league backups every once in awhile. If it's a missing folder you could just create a new one. Your league should have the following folders within it:
- Box
- ExpImp
- Logos
- Messages
- News
- Photos
You can check the "read only" file attribute by highlighting some files within your league folder and right-clicking on them. The properties window pops up and tells you if the file is read-only or not. This has sometimes happened to OOTP players when they backed up a league onto a CD (that automatically changes all the files to read-only).
