[Operation Shutdown]

Finances seem a bit out of whack with OOTP13. Using the latest patch, below is a snapshoot of my team's finances at the very end of the season.

First, notice that in the upper right that Preceding Year Balance +/- Revenue Sharing +/- Cash from Owner /= Starting Balance.

It appears that the revenues are all added up correctly, however team expenses vary greatly. First, if I add up player expenses, staff expenses, scouting expenses, draft expenses, and player development expenses on the right (104,218,265), I do not get the same amount as shown for the expenses subtotal (111,878,265). However, this amount does match the total expenses to date listed under my budget information. I've noticed that the difference between the expenses subtotal shown, and what I've added together is my total draft expenses. I'm thinking that OOTP13 is hitting me twice for my draft expenses for some reason.

Looking at other teams, I think what's happening is team's are hit with their draft expenses budget + their actual draft expenses, and if they go above their original budget then they're hit with double their actual draft expenses.
