A big problem I have noticed is that the game does not seem to deal with those players who changed positions significantly during their careers. The prime example is Babe Ruth, who in real life began as a relief pitcher, became a starting pitcher, and then transitioned into one of the most prolific hitters in baseball history. Well, unless I manually change his position at the appropriate year, he remains a relief pitcher for his entire career. The same goes for Nolan Ryan, who starts this game as a relief pitcher and stays that way unless you edit his stats to reflect the strikeout king starting pitcher that he should be. Is there any way around this?
