For those having trouble importing it's because the saved game file is for OOTP 12, placed that into the saved game folder for 12 then open 13 and chose import game, navigate to that folder and select the world.dat and import and boom NCAA in OOTP 13

If u guys get it from the add-on central then u don't need to do this u just need to dl the version for 13 . As I already converted it to 13 abit ago. So there is the version for 12 &13 in add-on central
