I believe the issue they are referring to is when you enter a name field, until you hit "enter" you can't hit another button or type in another field.
I did notice this, but I wouldn't say it's an issue at all. Hitting "enter" when done typing seems logical... although clicking another field and then having that "set" what you were typing in the previous is probably more typical.
Still seems a crazy reason to reject your update.
