- Three extensions per season rule.
- We do plan to convert to OOTP 13 down the road. The commissioner just has not decided when yet. We are discussing that now actually on the forums.
- You must own the game to participate in this league. I was told to specifically mention that since the last guy that applied to take over the Orioles apparently did not own the game and that is why they are open again so soon.
