I posted a question about this in the general topics section, but it was suggested that I post it here as well.

I started a 16 team fictional league with the region set to US Region: Far West and dynamic evolution enabled. As I was simming to create a few years of history prior to taking over a team. In the second year of the sim, I had the San Diego franchise decided to move (not a problem). Unfortunately they ended up in New York. I am not sure that this should happen due to the region being set for Far West.
