There is an even bigger problem with them. When you look at other team's players you are not looking at them through your scouts eyes, like you should be, you are looking at them through the eyes of the the scout employed by the team you are looking at. I had a suggestion to fix it in this thread but I don't know if it is a good idea or even feasable.
