Move the two folders(whatever your leagues are called) to another location on your PC. Look in your OOTP4 folder and print a copy of the receipt(this has your order number on it). The go to the control panel area and you should see "eLicense" folder, open that then right click on the OOTP4 logo and the "unlicense" option should be available. Click on it then in the start menu you should find "uninstall" option under the OOTP4 heading. After you have run this, then run the "OOTP4setup.exe" and enter the license number from the receipt and you should be good to go once the game is installed again. Just move your "league folders" back into the OOTP4 folder.
