Not *entirely* sure that this is a bug, but in OOTP13 on Win7, during RTS it seems like there's supposed to be a box for keeping track of my teams score in the upper right corner. In fact, in flashes there briefly from time to time, but most of the time it's blank. The rest of the Score Update Ticker works fine though
