Hey,

Not sure if this is an actual issue or if this is how the game is designed, but in a league with fictional players, but MLB format, 16 or 17 year old international players are asking for million dollar contracts and to be on the 40 man roster. I know many international players receive million dollar contracts, but I don't think they are supposed to be on the 40 man roster. Let me know if this issue has been brought up before or if this should be fixed.
