Tycobbian North
4-Club Battle In TU North, Zorros Lead At All-Star Game
For the fourth straight season the Luxora Zorros have stepped it up and climbed in the Tycobbian North standings. Manager Lacey Tompkins has the Z's riding high in first place this season and primed to snare the elusive crown. The Zorros are up by a scant game over the division runner-up Mahaska Haymakers, 2 in front of last year's Pro Cup titlist Blue Lake and 3 better than fourth place North Hills.
The Blue Sox have to be the favorite for the TU North crown with their superb pitching, but Luxora and Mahaska will also have some say in the matter, especially the Haymakers with the good offense. Mahaska has a well-balanced attack with good hitting and good pitching. Neither Blue Lake, nor Luxora have much at the plate.
