Unfortunately no way to designate a player as a Rule 5 in the editor so the Cardinals have the ability to send down Komatsu. I believe the next patch will at least have him start the year in MLB, though.

I think the issue is right now the game has Matt Carpenter rated higher than Freese and that's just completely backwards.
