Essentially, the move up and move down buttons for teams working their list are not working as intended: it will work once, but if you go to move that same player up or down the list again nothing will happen. If you then try to move that player via the player above or below them they just go back to the original order.

I just tried and had no problem moving players up and down multiple times...
