I usually went with snake but after trying that out and going through 2 season quickly I noticed that there are never any real good teams, and never any real bad teams. Just alot of teams between 95-70 wins, not 1 100 game winner or 1 100 game loser in 2 years.

I think that either way you handle the draft you are going to see a lot of parity in the league. The dispersal of talent is going to be much more even than you see in MLB right now. There will no teams like Tampa Bay and Detroit who probably don't even have a player right now who would go in the first 6-7 rounds of a dispersal draft.
