That means that if you autosim your games, you don't need it; and if you play your games manually, you don't need it.
How to resolve this (what word to use? conundrum? oxymoron? inconsistency?)? What exactly does team strategy to the AI manager strategy? It adds to it, or replaces it, or does something else? This question is very important to me, because I like strategy games, and this is almost all that exists in place of FM's strategy. Is there any reason to change this entirely optional settings? Do the changes you make to the sliders influence something?
On unrelated note: the feature I would like to have in version 14 is interviews with players or managers, and maybe press conferences.
