Thanks Killebrew, I really do appreciate your effort.

Can't seem to get the fact that the files can be imported fine one by one out of my mind...

If there were a problem with versions of the files I wouldn't be able to pull them through one by one...

Good idea about the different names for the files, I will begin doing that at a minimum.

The good news in all of this - I have only had one team for one sim have an issue with their roster not having been updated properly. That was the wake up call to the problem but I have managed somehow to get everybody updated since then.
