Be prepared to manage on the fly, all the time. Call ups and send downs happen all the time, sometimes every few games. And get ready to start trying to turn catchers in short stops, and catches into fielders, and catchers into....you get it? the game tends to create and draft a lot of catchers.
I hope this aspect gets a lot of love in 13, it has been sorely neglected.
