New Random DB on the FTP Site

Compresses all players to debut between 1951 and 1970.

You wind up with a bunch of all star teams basically. Use an inaugural draft and make sure you have a lot of $$$. It is a 48 - team major league. 3 Divisions each. Just change the teams.csv if you don't like that.
