John & Mike 90% of the players I have done are listed in my thread and there are several more players that I did not do BB cards for in my 3 facegen packs.
I have maybe 50 MLB players 1999-2006. Bagwell, Big Mac, Most White Sox players. Most of my guys are fictional like Luke Skywalker. Mike I tried emailing you back but it didn;t go through. List who you still need in here and i will start working on them today either before American Idol or after. I won't finish the rest til Sunday most likely as I won't be home most of Friday & Saturday.
Mike the trick to Facegen Modeller is to get a good picture of decent size that shows the person straight on, no smiles, no hair blocking the eyes etc. For Minor league players I try to pull them up on MiLB.com depending on the level and how good they are. My other trick I use on occasion is I enlarge the pic. So say the minor league photo is 150x150 i try to enlarge it to the point right before his eyes gets too blurry say 250x250 or 300x300 using irfanview.(free at download.com)
here's an example of the size of a player and 1 that might be too small. (downloaded 5 of the players remaining, since they are Yankees This should be fairly easy.)

note i would also have to change this pic to a jpg vs png.
While the size of this 1 is good the fact that his cap is pulled down so low it may come out odd looking
