Closing in on the end of the 1913 season with me, Washington Senators with a single game lead over Philadelphia Athletics. Six games to go, three with Philadelphia and 3 with Boston. I get swept by Philly with my aces on the mound, Walter Johnson, Christy Mahtewson, and Jim St Vrain.

First game shut out by Smoking Joe Wood, and it went down hill from there. I did sweep Boston but finished 2 game behind Athletics. They dominated my all season, 15-7.
